Terms of Service

By accessing or using onepercent.day (the "Service"), operated by Latenc("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

onepercent.day is an AI-powered personalized learning platform that helps you grow across multiple domains of interest. The Service analyzes your available time, tracks your learning frontiers, and generates tailored daily learning sequences to help you achieve consistent 1% daily growth.

The Service may include features such as Google Calendar integration, domain-specific curriculum generation, session scheduling, and progress tracking.

You sign in using your Google account through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account on onepercent.day.
• Providing accurate information and keeping your profile reasonably up to date.

You must notify us immediately at support@latenc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Latenc and protected by intellectual property laws.

Content generated by the platform for your learning sessions (curricula, summaries, session materials) is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell generated content without our explicit written consent.

Any data you input into the Service (domain configurations, preferences, session notes) remains yours.

onepercent.day offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Payments are processed through Stripe.

• Billing — Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@latenc.com.
• Price changes— We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated learning content is provided for educational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Latenc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any content or conduct of any third party on the Service.
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice within the Service.

Continued use of onepercent.day after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
