Privacy Policy

onepercent.day is built by Latenc. We believe your data should serve you — not advertisers, not data brokers, not anyone else. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

When you sign in with Google via Firebase Authentication, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo URL. We store these to identify your account.

Beyond your profile, we store:

• Learning session data — your domains of interest, session history, progress metrics, and curriculum configurations.
• Domain configs— the personal growth areas you set up and how they're structured.
• Preferences — notification settings, theme choices, and scheduling preferences.

If you connect your Google Calendar, we request read access to your calendar events. We use this solely to calculate your available free time for learning sessions — we never read event details beyond start and end times.

You may also grant optional write access, which allows us to log completed learning sessions to your calendar. We never modify or delete your existing events.

We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details. Stripe handles all payment information directly under their privacy policy.

On our side, we store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status (active, cancelled, etc.) to manage your account tier.

We use Firebase Authentication session tokens to keep you signed in. These are essential functional cookies — nothing more.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or any third-party cookie-based tracking of any kind.

Your data is stored in Cloud Firestore, part of Google Cloud Platform, in a US region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using Google's infrastructure-level encryption.

You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@latenc.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

If you disconnect Google Calendar, your calendar access tokens are deleted immediately.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use ad networks. We do not engage in data brokerage.

Your data is shared only with the infrastructure services required to run onepercent.day (Google Cloud / Firebase for storage and auth, Stripe for payments). These services process your data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Objection — object to certain types of data processing.

onepercent.day is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of onepercent.day after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
